액티브시니어를 위한 스마트 헬스케어기반의 앱 콘텐츠 UX/UI 연구

Abstract

As the smart era emerges and the aging population grows while the aging becomes faster, people are getting increasingly interested in smart aging. In particular, those who are called active seniors focus on healthcare to make their late years better. Such changes facilitate the development of healthcare based application contents for application users so that they can manage their health in a more convenient way. Thus, this study explored application contents for active seniors to use them in a more efficient and convenient way than existing smart healthcare ones. The study was intended to review the development status of smart application contents together with smart healthcare application contents and classify patterns in which active seniors use smart healthcare application contents regarding the method and scope of the study. Case study was carried out by setting up modules with respect to the elements such as interaction and GUI which would make active seniors use healthcare based application contents effectively. Then, factors that are likely to make smart healthcare application contents difficult for active seniors to use them were identified. The result indicated that healthcare based application contents should be efficient and simple to ensure active seniors easy access to such contents. The result also suggested that components of the application contents based on the existing smart healthcare ones should have more detailed items with operation by touch gesture interactions and intuition by efficient GUI structures while developing smart healthcare application contents so that active seniors can use them in an easy and convenient way.

스마트시대와 함께 고령화가 가속화됨에 따라 고령인구가 증가하면서 스마트한 노년기를 보내는 것이 높은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 특히 액티브시니어라고 불리는 노년층들은 더 나은 노년기를 위해 건강관리에 집중을 하고 있다. 이 같은 변화에 따라 스마트 기기를 활용하여 건강을 좀 더 편리하게 관리할 수 있도록 사용자를 위한 스마트 헬스케어기반의 앱 콘텐츠에 대한 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 스마트 헬스케어 앱 콘텐츠보다 액티브시니어가 더 효율적이며 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 앱 콘텐츠 방안을 연구하고자 하였다. 연구방법과 범위는 스마트 앱 콘텐츠의 발전현황과 스마트 헬스케어 앱 콘텐츠, 액티브시니어에 대해서 검토해보고, 액티브시니어가 스마트 헬스케어 앱 콘텐츠를 사용함에 있어서 유형을 분류하고, 선행연구의 요소 중에서 인터랙션과 GUI 모듈을 설정해 사례분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 통해 액티브시니어가 스마트 헬스케어 앱 콘텐츠를 사용하는 데에 있어 어려움이 따를 것으로 예상되는 요인들을 확인하는 것으로 진행되어졌다. 연구결과, 액티브시니어가 스마트 헬스케어기반의 앱 콘텐츠를 사용함에 있어서 보다 효율적이고 복잡하지 않아야 하며 쉽게 접근할 수 있어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 기존의 스마트 헬스케어 앱 콘텐츠를 기반으로 스마트 헬스케어 앱의 콘텐츠 개발에 있어 앱 콘텐츠 구성요소들을 액티브시니어가 사용하기 쉽고 편리한 터치 제스처 인터랙션을 통한 조작과 효율적인 GUI 구성을 통한 직관성 등의 세부 분석 항목으로 설정하여 이루어져야 할 것임이 본 연구의 결과로서 예측되었다.
