친환경경영리더십 및 친환경동기가 공급사슬 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

[연구목적] 친환경 공급사슬관리란 “공급사슬 안에서 환경이슈를 개선할 수 있도록 감시하고, 지원을 통하여 개선시키는 것”으로 이러한 환경적인 측면을 고려하여 친환경 공급사슬관리를 도입할 경우 궁극적으로 기업의 입장에서 이익이 된다. 본 연구에서는 친환경 공급사슬관리 동기요인이 친환경 공급사슬관리 실행에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이러한 친환경 공급사슬관리실행이 공급사슬관리성과와 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 친환경 공급사슬관리 실행과 기업성과 간에 관계에서 공급사슬 성과의 매개역할에 대해서도 분석을 시도 하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구에서 제안된 모형을 검증하기위해 회귀분석과 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였으며, 기업의 구매, 영업 및 관리를 총괄하는 관리자급 이상을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. [연구결과] 분석결과 친환경 공급사슬의 동기, 친환경 공급사슬관리 실행, 공급사슬관리성과 및 기업성과 간의 관계가 밝혀졌다. 특히 친환경 공급 사슬관리의 실행과 기업성과 간의 관계에서 공급사슬관리의 성과가 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스 니즈라고 나타났고, 기업이 이러한 비즈니스 니즈에 근거한 친환경 공급사슬관리를 실행한다면 기업성과에도 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 친환경 공급사슬동기에 있어서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 제품 개발을 포함하는 비즈니스 니즈가 높게 나타났으며 기업에 있어서 친환경 공급사슬관리는 지속적인 성장을 위한 과제인 것으로 해석할 수 있고 공급사슬관리의 성과는 친환경 공급사슬관리의 실행이 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는데 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. [Purpose] This study will examine the influence of motivation factors of SCEM(Supply Chain Environmental Management) on the implementation of SCEM, and the impact of implementing SCEM on the performance of supply chain management and corporate performance, and analyzed the mediating role of the supply chain performance in the relationship between using SCEM and corporate performance. [Methodology] To verify the model suggested in this study, regression analysis and structure equation model was used, and empirical analysis was conducted targeting those who are at managerial level or higher in charge of purchase, sales, and management of corporations. [Findings] The result showed the relationship among motivations of SCEM, implementation of SCEM, and performance of supply chain management and corporate performance. Especially, in the relationship between the implementation of SCEM and corporate performance, it was found that performance of supply chain management played a mediating role. In this study, it was found to be business needs, and if corporations implement SCEM based on such business needs, it had a positive influence on corporate performance. [Implications] It was found that in SCEM, there were high business needs including the needs for developing products that are the source of corporate competitiveness and for corporations supply chain management can be interpreted as a task for continuous growth. The performance of supply chain management plays an important role in the influence of the implementing SCEM on corporate performance.
