타지키스탄 이슬람 원리주의 : 정치적 세력과의 관계를 중심으로

Abstract

본 논고는 타지키스탄 이슬람 원리주의를 정부의 정치적 세력과의 관계를 중심으로 분석하는 내용을 그 중심적인 주제로 구성하고 있다. 특히 타지키스탄 정부가 1990년대부터 어떤 방식으로 이슬람 원리주의자들에 대한 정책을 구사했는지를 중심적인 내용으로 구성하고, 이에 대항해 이슬람 원리주의의 태동과 생성을 1980년대부터 현대까지 정치적 맥락 가운데 분석하고 있다. 기본적으로 타지키스탄의 역사 및 정치적 상황을 일별하고 타지키스탄의 이슬람 원리주의의 형성과 내전 시기의 특성을 규명하며, 2000년대 이후의 이슬람 원리주의와 정부의 정치적 세력과의 관계가 서술된다. 본 논고는 타지키스탄 이슬람 원리주의 세력이 현재까지도 타지키스탄 내의 정치적 불안정성의 하나의 요소가 되고 있다는 점을 강조했다. 그리고 이러한 차원에서 향후 이슬람 원리주의 세력이 타지키스탄 내에서 어떠한 위치를 차지할 수 있는 지는 지속적으로 규명될 필요성이 있다는 점을 강조한다. 현재 독재 체제를 구축하고 있는 타지키스탄으로서는 이슬람 원리주의자를 비롯한 반대파 세력에 대해 어떤 정치적 관계를 가지는 것이 정권의 안정성을 기하는 지가 매우 중요하다. This articles explores Islamic fundamentalism pf Tajikistan foused on relatiob with political forces, examining particularly concept and its process of fundamentalism in Tajikistan. This paper deals with the importance of the creation and development of the ideas of fundamentalism in Central Asia and in Tajikistan before the breakup of USSR and Post-soviet times. Above all I concentrated some of the events and the conflicts in which occurred in Tajikistan. Chapter II examines political surroundings in Tajikistan, examining political pressure and autocratic regime of the present president. Chapter III review naissance and process of Islamic fundamentalism and the relations between Civil war and fundamentalism in Tajikistan. Chapter IV analyzes the relations of Islamic fundamentalists of 21th century and political forces. This paper aims to evaluate in terms of the Islamic fundamentalism of Tajikistan, and the resistance of the fundamentalists in Tajikistan. I considered some theoretical frameworks concerning Islamic ideas against the government methods of rule in Tajikistan.
