상담자 발달과 관련 요인에 대한 국내 연구동향 및 상관관계 메타분석

Abstract

본 연구는 국내에서 발표된 상담자 발달과 관련한 연구들의 경향을 탐색하여 종합적으로 정리하고 상담자 발달과 관련된 요인의 상관관계 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 체계적으로 탐색해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2016년 5월까지 국내에서 발표된 학술지를 중심으로 상담자 발달에 대한 연구물 56편을 분석대상으로 선정하여 연구 동향을 분석하고, 그중 11편을 메타분석 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫 번째, 상담자 발달과 관련된 연구는 양적 연구, 질적 연구 모두 꾸준히 증가되었다. 두 번째, 연구대상별로 살펴보면 개인 상담자 발달단계에 대한 연구가 집단 상담자에 대한 연구보다 많은 수를 차지하고 있다. 또한 성인 대상 상담자의 발달단계에 대한 연구 논문이 아동․청소년 대상 상담자 발달에 관한 연구보다 더 많았다. 세 번째, 상담자 발달과 관련한 논문들의 전반적인 주제는 상담자 발달 단계의 특성, 슈퍼비전에 있어서 숙련 슈퍼바이저의 지도에 따른 슈퍼바이지의 발달단계별 특성, 초심 슈퍼바이저의 발달 단계별 특성들이 주를 이루었다. 다음으로 실증적 연구를 분석한 메타분석의 결과로는, 상담자 발달 하위요인과 관련 변인들 간의 관계에 있어서 사례이해, 알아차리기, 상담계획, 상담대화 기술, 인간적 태도 순의 효과크기를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 이러한 상담자 발달 연구 경향을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 하여 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore comprehensively and systematically the research trend and correlation effect sizes related with the counselor development by using meta-analysis. The chosen 56 studies on counselor development researches focusing on published papers in domestic until may in 2016 were analyzed, and 11 studies among the chosen 56 studies were used by meta- analysis. The results were as follows: first, in the study related with the counselor development, both quantitative and qualitative studies have increased continuously. Second, when classifying according to object of study, the studies related individual counselors development are more than those of group counselors. Third, the general themes of the study related with the counselor development were counselor development stage properties, the development stage properties of supervisee according to the guidance of the experienced supervisor, the development stages properties of novice supervisor. The next, in the meta analysis result of counselor development, the correlation effect size on the variables related to the counselor development was in order understanding in cases, noticing, counseling plan, human communication skills, human attitude. Finally, based on this counselor`s developmental research analyzes trends, the implications of research and the proposition of follow-up studies were discussed.
