K-pop 공연장의 물리적 환경, 지각된 가치, 만족간의 구조적 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 K-pop 공연장의 물리적 환경, 지각된 가치, 만족간의 구조적 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 물리적 환경, 지각된 가치, 만족에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하여 K-pop 공연장의 물리적 환경 구성요소를 도출하였고, 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 위해 2012 인천 한류 콘서트를 관람한 중국인 관광객을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 총 244부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, K-pop공연장 물리적 환경을 구성하는 요인을 ‘편의성’, ‘청결성’, ‘심미성’, ‘전자장비와 디스플레이’, ‘인적서비스’와 같이 총 5가지로 도출되었다. 둘째, K-pop공연장 물리적 환경은 지각된 가치 및 만족에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 지각된 가치도 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 K-pop공연장의 개선 방안 및 향후 공연장 설립에 필요한 시사점을 제공하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyzed the effects relations among the physical environment, perceived value, and satisfaction of K-pop Performance Hall. To that end, theoretical consideration was established on physical environment, perceived value, and satisfaction. An survey was conducted on chinese tourist, who have ever been to the “Incheon K-pop Concert 2012” and total of 244 sample was used for analysis data in the study. The results of analysis of the hypotheses proposed in this study can be summed up as follows: First, The factors consisting the physical environment of K-pop Performance Hall were deduced into five elements ‘convenience’, ‘cleanness’, ‘aesthetic attraction’, ‘electronic equipment and display’, and ‘personal services’. Second, it was found that the physical environment of K-pop Performance Hall affects perceived value and satisfaction both positively, and perceived value also affect satisfaction positively. The results of such study will be helpful in proposing suggestions required for establishment of K-pop Performance Hall improvement plan and performance hall later on.
