엘 시스테마 형 발레교육 프로그램 연구

Abstract

범죄의 현장에서 음악교육의 현장이 되기까지 많은 사람들의 관심과 지원을 받아 성장한 ‘엘 시스테마’는 베네수엘라의 많은 아이들의 삶을 바꾸어 주었다. 엘 시스테마의 수혜를 받아 성장한 훌륭한 예술가와 음악가들을 통하여 세계전역에 엘 시스테마의 감동의 물결이 퍼져나가기 시작하였으며 엘 시스테마의 영향력을 입증하고 있다. 그 영향력을 인정받아 세계 곳곳에 엘 시스테마 형 음악 교육이 시행되고 있다. 지리적으로 유리한 조건을 가진 중남미부터 시작하여 북미, 유럽, 아시아, 아프리카 등 해외에서 엘 시스테마를 도입한 사례를 연구하였다. 이처럼 음악교육의 긍정적인 효과를 통해 우리나라에도 엘 시스테마 형 음악 교육 시스템이 시행되고 있다. 국내의 엘 시스테마 형 음악교육 프로그램을 통하여 우리나라에서도 조직을 구성하여 지원을 받아 음악교육을 시행하는 사례에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 음악이 미치는 교육적인 효과와 정서적 효능감에 대한 연구와 자료들은 많이 있는 상태이며, 엘 시스테마를 모델로 한 음악 교육 프로그램은 시행되고 있다. 하지만 엘 시스테마를 모델로 한 무용교육 프로그램을 개발하는 연구가 진행된 바 없다. 또한 무용 교육이 성장기 아동과 청소년의 신체에 영향을 미친다는 것과 심미적인 욕구를 충족하고 있음을 연구를 통해 알고 있지만 무용교육이 타 예술에 비해 보편화되지 않고, 경제적인 환경에 따라 교육을 받을 수 없는 경우도 많이 있음을 알고 있다. 따라서 무용교육을 통해 무용의 인재를 발굴하고, 건강한 사회 구성원을 양성하는 바를 목표로 하여 엘 시스테마 형 무용교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 무용교육 프로그램을 창의성을 위한 수업과, 발레 기본지식을 위한 수업, 발레 작품을 위한 수업으로 진행된다. 각자의 수업에 목표를 확실히 하고 진행하였을 때의 나타날 수 있는 기대효과에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 아동과 청소년의 창의활동과 표현력 개발로 인한 원활한 소통으로 개인의 긍정적인 효과와 가정과 주변으로 건강한 관계가 형성된다. 이를 통하여 사회적으로 긍정적인 효과를 기대하며 건강한 사회의 구성원으로 성장할 것을 기대한다. 또한 무용을 배우는 학생들에게 발레 기본을 익히게 하면서 자신의 몸을 관리하고 움직이는 활동들을 요구한다. 이것은 개인의 신체적 성장과 건강에 긍정적인 효과를 준다. 마지막으로 타인과의 작품 활동을 통하여 배려와 협동심을 배울 수 있게 되고, 역할을 학습하면서 자신의 역할을 찾고 성실히 수행하는 것을 배운다. 많은 사람들의 삶을 바꾸어 놓은 엘 시스테마 처럼 본 연구의 무용교육 프로그램도 많은 사람들의 삶을 바꾸고 사회적으로 도움이 되는 사회 무용 프로그램으로 자리 잡을 것을 기대하면서 현재 사회 무용 교육이 나아가야 할 길을 제시하고자 한다.; From the scene of a crime to a music-education, “El sistema,” which has been grown by the attention and support of many people, changed the lives of many children in Venezuela. Through famous artists and musicians who received the education of El Sistema, the whole world is deeply moved by the El Sistema and it firmly builds influence in the world. Therefore, El Sistema is being implemented all over the world. There were sorts of cases to introduce the education in other countries—from well-positioned Central and South America to North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and so on. El sistema music-education program is progressing in Korea as well for expecting positive effect. A study was being carried out to research organizations receiving support from the program. Research studies focused on the educational effect and emotional efficacy of music are large in number and music-education program based on El Sistema is still implemented. However, no one else never undertook a research to develop a music-education program modelled El Sistema. Even though many researchers already had demonstrated convincingly dance education influences on the children and adolescent in growth period and satisfies their aesthetic desires, music-education is still not generalized compared to other art-education. Sometimes poverty could be the reason to prevent the education. Therefore, the case study firmly pursued the development of El Sistema dance-education program to discipline students to become healthy members of society and cultivate talents. In this study, dance-education program is progressed in three classes—for creativity, basic knowledge, and a work of ballet. It considered the expectation effectiveness when the goal of those classes is firmly certain. As a result, child and adolescent can have healthy relationship with family and friends as positive effect by smooth communication ability—getting from development of expression and creativity. It could also be an affirmative outcome that they can become ordinary members of society. Also, students who learn dance acquires the basic of ballet, self-managing and movement. It is helpful to improve the physical ability of individuals and stay healthy as well. Lastly, they can learn consideration and teamwork by dancing performance with others. Finding and performing a role earnestly are also advantage while they are carrying out group activity. As El Sistema, which has changed many lives of people, the education system of this study would be helpful to change many lives of people and get settled as a socially helpful dance program, suggesting a way forward that the dance-education in society proceeds.
