- 본 연구의 목적은 최근 국제개발협력에서 개발NGO의 역할을 강조하는 가운데 공여국들의 개발기여도를 평가하는 이른바 개발공헌지수(Commitment to Development Index)를 통해 선진 공여국인 일본의 개발공헌도 저평가 요인을 분석하는 것에 있다.
