|dc.description.abstract||This study demonstrated the fabrication of flexible chloride ion sensor using multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), silver nanoparticles, and CuBTC, the kind of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). MWCNT was employed for a channel of electrical signal which resulted from chloride sensing process. Silver nanoparticles were the sensing materials of the sensor, and CuBTC was used for material to improve the sensing property because of its hydrophilicity and high specific surface area. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), XPS, XRD, EDS, and contact angle analyzer were used to examine the morphology and property of the sensor. Sensing experiments were performed with a sourcemeter. The results showed that the good performance in response and recovery time, and selectivity.||-|
