중국 문화예술정책의 흐름과 현황

Abstract

본 연구는 중국의 문화예술 정책의 흐름과 그 현황을 살펴보고 중국의 문화시장을 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 선행 연구 자료 분석이며 중국문화정책의 흐름과 중국의 무형문화유산 정책을 연구하였으며 중국의 문화예술정책에 의한 공연예술 시장의 특이점을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 중국은 문화정책에서 사회주의 체제로서의 정치적 요구와 사회적 이익을 우선시하는 것으로 나타나있다. 둘째, 국가 간의 문화교류에 있어서는 정부간의 교류나 합작을 추진한다. 또한 중국은 문화 사업에 대한 정책을 개혁개방 경제 원리를 추구하고 있으나 사회주의 문화 원리와 정책에 위배되는 사항에 대하여서는 언제든지 막강한 통제력을 행사할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국문화에 대한 중국의 자세는 ‘중화’민족으로서의 문화에 대한 강한 자부심을 갖고 있어서 단순한 경제논리만으로 중국시장을 바라 볼 수 없다고 판단된다. 중국 문화정책에 있어서 ‘중화문화’는 문화강국으로 가는 키워드가 되고 있다.

This study aims at reviewing the current of Chinese cultural art policy and the present condition, and understanding Chinese cultural market. For the study, the previous studies were analyzed. The comprehensive current of Chinese cultural policy is reviewed, And Chinese intangible cultural heritages with expectation of huge political. Finally Covers the reviews on performing art market by Chinese cultural arts policy. These result are The first, China considers political demands of its socialist system in the cultural policy in the first place, and prioritizes social benefits. The second, For cultural exchanges among countries, China pursues exchanges or co-producing among them. Also, China pursues policy about cultural projects in the principle of economy of reform and opening but is always able to conduct powerful control violences against socialist cultural principles and policies. The third, China's attitude on Chinese culture, because of strong pride for culture of their 'Sino-central' identity, and it seems that simple economic logic is not enough for Chinese economic market. For Chinese cultural policy, 'Sino-central culture' is keyword for China's way towards cultural power.
