사용자 평가를 통한 복합쇼핑몰 동선 계획 연구

Abstract

최근 몰링(Malling)이라는 용어가 대두되며, 복합쇼핑몰은 현대인에게 새로운 라이프스타일을 제공하는 공간으로 나타나고 있다. 복합쇼핑몰은 판매 시설 외에도 엔터테인먼트 시설이나 편의 시설 등 다양한 기능의 시설이 접목되어 있는 공간으로 그 배치나 시설 전반의 동선 계획이 보행자에게 큰 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시에 위치한 복합쇼핑몰 6곳을 대상으로 복합쇼핑몰의 동선계획에 관련하여 사용자 만족도 조사를 실시하고, 이를 바탕으로 복합쇼핑몰의 동선 계획을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 만족도 조사를 위하여 복합쇼핑몰의 개념을 살펴보고, 복합쇼핑몰의 동선을 구성하는 구성요소 및 동선의 특성을 선정하였다. 또한, 연구 대상 복합쇼핑몰의 규모나 동선 형태에 따른 사용자 만족도 차이를 분석하기 위하여, 고층형과 저층형으로 구분하고, 동선 형태는 중심공간과 주동선의 형태에 따라 그물형, 고리형, 순환형, 복합형으로 분류하여 분석을 수행하였다. Multi shopping malls provide us new life-style nowadays with the term, malling. Multi shopping malls are consisted of selling space, entertainment space and convenience space so that arrangement and circulation planning of each facilities have large influence to users. Based on this influences, this study aims to provide basic data for multi shopping malls’ circulation planning. Therefore, this study selected 6 multi shopping malls in Seoul and conducted survey that satisfaction of circulation planning of multi shopping malls. For user satisfaction investigation, we studied concept of multi shopping mall following Korean building act and selected composition and characteristics of circulation. Also, we classified the malls to size and circulation shapes for comparison of the satisfaction results. Classified types are high-rise and low-rise and they are separated to small size and big size. In addition, classified circulation shapes are categorized to net type, loop type, cyclical loop type and multi type by forms of central space and main stream of the malls.
