- 2단자 수직형 사이리스터를 구조적으로 분류하여 래치업 전압, 래치다운 전압, 메모리 마진, 데드 리전, 계면상에 결함 존재 여부등을 토대로 크로스포인트 메모리로서 동작 가능성을 확인하였다
