- 본 논문은 중국유학생이 이력서에 영문이름을 사용하는 것이 인터뷰 선발에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 인터뷰 선발은 이력서의 선택 순위에 의해 결정된다. 이력서의 순위에 영향을 미칠 독립변수로 이력서의 영문이름 사용 여부(whitening)와 지원자의 능력(quality)으로 분류하였다. 지원자의 능력과 이력서의 영문이름 사용 여부는 이력서의 전체 순위에게 영향을 줄 것으로 예측하였다.
