상황요원의 상황인식에 영향을 끼치는 신고전화의 의미적, 음성적, 음향적 요소 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 재난신고전화 접수 시 상황요원의 상황인식에 영향을 끼치는 신고전화의 의미적, 음성적, 음향적 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 재난 대응 서비스가 신속한 초동조치에 차지하는 중요성에도 불구하고 재난 대응 연구는 현장 도착 시간인 반응 시간의 관점에서 이뤄져 왔으며 신고전화 접수에서 큰 비중을 차지하는 일상적 사고(Everyday Accident)에 대한 유형과 특성에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 상황인식(Situation Awareness) 연구에서 재난신고 접수 업무는 팀 의사결정의 관점으로 분석되었고 개인의 의사결정 관점에서 신고전화에서 나타나는 정보의 유형이 분석되었다. 신고전화 업무개선을 위해서는 상황요원 개인의 의사결정을 소리 말 지각의 특징을 반영한 상황인식 연구가 필요하다. 상황요원의 신고전화 접수 업무를 개인의 상황인식 관점으로 이해하기 위해 상황인식(Situation Awareness)의 과정과 텔레커뮤니케이션의 특징인 소리 말 지각, 대화에서 언어사용, 직관적 의사결정의 특징으로 분석하고자 하였다. 출동이 필요한 재난상황으로 분류된 신고전화에서 신고전화 접수 완료 시간으로 상황요원의 상황인식 시간를 측정하였고 신고전화 소리의 물리 특성을 측정하여 상황인식 시간과의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 신고전화를 위치지식의 유형과 정형적, 비정형적 사례를 기준으로 분류하여 집단간 상황인식 시간 및 음성적, 음향적 요소 간의 차이를 분석하였다. 회귀분석의 결과에서 음성적, 음향적 요소는 상황인식에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 끼치지 않았으나 위치지식의 유형에 따라 상황인식 시간에 차이가 있었다. 정성적 연구를 통하여 상황인식 시간에 영향을 주는 대화의 특징을 도출하였다.; The purpose of this study is to analyze the semantic, speech and acoustical factors affecting dispatcher’s the situation awareness in receiving an emergency call. Despite the importance of emergency response services in quick initial actions, emergency response time research has been conducted in terms of reaction time. There is a lack of research on the call types and characteristics by everyday accidents. In the Situation Awareness study, emergency dispatching tasks were analyzed from the perspective of team decision making and in the individual decision making, the types of information appearing in the emergency call were analyzed. In order to improve the emergency dispatch task, Individual Situational awareness research is needed to reflect the characteristics of the speech perception. The purpose of this study is to analyze the situational awareness process in terms of the features of telecommunication, such as speech perception and language use in dialogue, and intuitive decision making, The situation awareness time of the dispatcher was measured by the completion time of the report call, classified as the disaster situation requiring the dispatch, and the physical characteristics of the emergency call sound were measured and regression analysis was performed with the situation awareness time. We analyzed the difference between the situation awareness time and the speech and acoustical factors among the groups by classifying the emergency call by the type of spatial knowledge and the routine and non-routine cases. In the results of the regression analysis, the speech and acoustical factors did not have statistically significant effect on situation awareness time, but there was a difference in situation awareness time according to type of spatial knowledge. Through the qualitative research, the characteristics of the dialogue affecting the situation awareness time were derived.
