ABSTRACT Children's pro-social behavior is an important part of children's social development. It plays an important role in the life of children. The research on children’s pro-social behavior began in 1930s. In 1970s it came into a prosperous period. In China the research began at the end of 1980s. And Cooperation behavior, one of important ingredients of pro-social behavior, affects present psychological activities as well as future society accommodation. In infancy period, cooperation behavior is showed authentically in games. Games are the dominant activities and the most important mode of existence in pre-school .Children's playing behavior has always, as psychologists, educators and sociologists are concerned, because the game is not only the most favorite activity of children, but more importantly because of the development of this activity occurred with the most important child mental change in a relationship. Children's social development is an important part of psychological development. Cooperative refers to the individual in social interaction and sharing with others sharing the psychological tendency, the ability to coordinate activities and collectivism, and altruistic value orientation. Refers to the individual social skills acquired through learning, in particular social situations effectively and appropriately interact with others to engage in the activities of way. As a skill, it is not a universal personality trait, but the process of growing a series of learned behavior from the outside. The past 20 years, pre-school children, social development and education have been more and more attentional, and social development as one of the development of social skills is a hot issue in recent research. Preschool social skills have a significant short-and long-term after-effects. The development of children's social skills performance in the game, but also in the game to develop. Early childhood out of the family came to kindergarten, and expanding the scope of social interaction, communication time and frequency is increasing. As the children of cognitive ability, language development, enhanced sense of independence, their social skills is also rising. In early childhood, children's social skills development is mainly reflected in social problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills development. It is in this, in some studies, based on the recognition of the importance of social skills, many researchers have begun to explore children's social skills training approach. Peer group instruction or training of children with important social skills, such skills can not be in the same way there learned from the adult. Collective game education training is often used as a way of children. This thesis uses experimental research, observation and literature review methods, through the conscious design of a number of suitable child care social skills relating to cooperation in terms of the game, in their daily school to learn in life to be, the record class children behave in the game. Mainly reached the following conclusions: First, by a certain purpose in a planning and co-training games, children's ability to cooperate to some extent on the level of increase over the same children and the control class comparisons, performance is still quite significant. Second, the children receive a certain amount of cooperation in skill level, the not easily forgotten, and will help in the future similar activities reflected. Third, the arrangements for child care through reasonable cooperation in the game must be the result of training and that to some extent, improve the ability level of cooperation and learning and in the other activities can use and play, and affect the surrounding partners that can be gained from such a companion around skills.
