해외공사 입찰 및 수주단계의 간접공사(비) 영향인자에 관한 연구

Abstract

해외건설협회 통계자료에 따르면 국내 건설기업의 해외건설공사 수주실적은 2000년대 중반 이후로 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 성장에도 불구하고 해외건설시장은 정치, 경제, 제도, 사회·문화 등 다양한 리스크에 노출되어 있다. 이에 따라 해외 프로젝트의 경우 더욱 면밀한 공사비의 검토와 산정이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 해외 건설 프로젝트의 공사비 중 간접 공사비에 영향을 주는 영향인자를 선정하고 그에 따른 특징을 정량적으로 분석하여 핵심 영향인자를 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 해외공사 입찰 및 수주단계의 간접공사비에 영향을 줄 수 있는 인자들을 파악하였다. 이를 토대로 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, FMEA 기법을 활용하여 각각의 영향인자의 위험도에 대한 정량적 값을 얻어냈다. 본 연구 결과는 해외 공사에서의 간접 공사비 산정 시 간접 공사비의 신뢰도 확보에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.; Domestic construction companies' overseas construction orders have been increasing steadily since the mid-2000s. However, despite this growth, overseas construction market is exposed to various risks such as politics, economy, society and culture. Therefore, this study aims to derive the key influential factors by selecting the influential factors influencing the indirect construction cost in the overseas construction projects and quantitatively analyzing the characteristics of factors by using FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method. The results of this study can contribute to the reliability of calculating the indirect construction cost in overseas construction project.
