- 지골피로부터 총 8가지 화합물 (1)dihydropahseic acid 3'-O-β-D-glucopyranosdie (2)chlorogenic acid (3)chlorogenic acid (4)scopolin (5)scopoletin (6)lyciumin A (7)kukoamine A (8)kukoamine B를 얻어 이들에 대한 활성을 평가한 결과 chlorogenic acid, lyciumin A, kukoamine A에서 유의미한 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로, 지골피의 추출물, chlorogenic acid, lyciumin A 그리고 kukoamine A의 근-위축 예방 및 개선 목적으로의 천연물 소재 개발 가능성을 확인하였다.
