Hepatic masses detected by ultrasonography and computed tomography in a young woman showed increased radioactivity on F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron tomography. Those multiple hepatic lesions were investigated under suspicion of malignancy. Liver enzymes, viral markers, and tumor markers were in normal range. Ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy revealed to be focal fatty infiltration in the liver.en_US
