경험지식과 의사결정의 관계에 대한 실험적 연구: Negative adjustment와 knowledge reinforcement를 중심으로

Abstract

Human-Machine Interface (HMI)시스템은 인간의 제한된 능력을 보완하기 위해 적절한 정보를 제공하여 인적 오류(Human error)를 방지하도록 설계되어 왔음에도 이로 인한 사고는 매년 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인적 오류를 일으키는 많은 요소 중 task knowledge 그리고 과거의 경험 (prior experience)이 인간의 의사결정에 영향을 주는 정도를 실험적으로 알아보고 이를 통한 HMI 의 설계 방법론을 제안한다. 본 연구는 향후 기계가 인간의 과거 의사결정 경험을 감지하고 이를 통해 운용자에게 적절한 Feed-forward 을 제공하는 시스템 설계 가능성의 근거자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.Human-Machine Interface system has been designed to prevent human errors by providing appropriate information in order to supplement human’s limited abilities. However, it is still elusive what information would be perceived as critical to human decision making. The present study examined how prior task knowledge would dictate the human decision making process and to what ways it is subject to adjust itself as new information is tested.
