Abstract
The present study examined human resource environment in convention planning business focusing on PCOs engaging in the field and investigated leaders who could effectively and successfully manage human resources. This study also examined how different types of leaders would influence organizational members` satisfaction with human relationship and their turnover intention. According to the analytical findings, personal consideration of superiors may give a sense of satisfaction to organizational members without any significant influence on turnover intention. This suggests that a superior should lead organizational members to have a vision and to ponder upon the organization by drawing a big picture. Consequently, rather than personal consideration of superiors, job-related vision and pride was found to have organizational members be fully loyal to their organizations with less turnover intention. The implications abovementioned may be applicable to training organizational leaders in the field of convention planning in the future, in which sense the present study is academically worthy.
