BIM기반 템플릿을 이용한 국내 녹색건축 인증 평가 시스템 활용 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

As environmental problems come to the fore around the world, interests in green growth in construction part which takes 60% and more in energy consumption are getting higher. So each country conducts a certification system of green building. The evaluation method of the certification system is usually calculated based on a book which an evaluator submitted. But, as standards related with Green Building Certification have developed and complicated, a lot of information and time for certification have come to be needed. By suggesting the BIM-based Template which can analyze and evaluate green buildinginformation, they should be made to be used in evaluation certification of green building that is being executed in presence.
