The article presents a case study of a 74-year-old woman who was admitted for a health check-up at Armed Forces Seoul Hospital in South Korea. It notes that the woman had history of hyperlipidemia and progressive cognitive impairment. Her endoscopic examination revealed atrophic changes with intestinal metaplasia in the antrum of the stomach.
