국내 CM업무 수행 시의 문제점 분석 및 개선방향 제시 - 사례분석을 통하여-

Abstract

It has been over 10years since Construction Management(CM) system was introduced to South Korea. These days we can easily find out examples of construction work performed with CM system through the internet or from books.Above all, this study looks up shortcomings which is needed to be improved in CM in Korea. Then it analyzes the examples which were already completed, and figuring out what has happened which should not happen in the construction process. Based on sources figured out in previous study mentioned above, it considers what is efficient process, and it suggests the way to improve the process as the goal of this study.
