캠핑장의 쓰레기 분리배출 행동의도 분석 -고차요인구조 TPB 모델의 상호작용효과를 중심으로-

Abstract

본 연구는 캠핑장에서의 쓰레기 분리배출에 대한 관리전략을 모색하기 위해, 태도, 주관적 규범, PBC를 단일 변인이 아닌 복수의 구성 개념으로 다루는 고차요인구조 TPB 모델의 하위 구성 개념간의 상호작용에 대한 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 고차요인구조 TPB모델은 기존의 TPB 모델보다 행동의도를 이해하는데 더 적합한 모델로 밝혀졌다. 왜냐하면 고차요인구조 TPB 모델이 더 높은 설명력을 보이고 있으며, 태도와 주관적 규범, PBC가 단일 구성개념이 아니라 복수의 구성 개념임을 보여주고 있기 때문이다. 그리고 하위 구성 개념간의 상호작용효과에 따르면, 인지된 어려움과 기술적 규범은 행동의도에 대한 도구적 태도의 영향을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 인지된 어려움의 수준을 낮추고 도구적 태도를 강화시키는 것이 캠핑장에서의 쓰레기 분리배출에 대한 효율적인 관리전략임을 의미한다. 그리고 향후 연구에서 본 연구에서 검토하지 못한 행동과 행동의도에 대한 각 변인간의 상호작용효과에 대한 검토가 수행될 필요가 있다.This study was to seek the management strategy for the separating garbage discharged in camping site, investigating the interaction effect between sub-component constructs in high order factor the TPB model, which deals with attitude and subjective norms, PBC as the concept of multiple variable. High order factor TPB model is the appropriate model to understand behavior intention than the previous TPB model, because high order factor TPB model has a high explanatory power and attitude, subjective norms, PBC is not single construct, but multiple construct variable. And according to interaction effects between sub-component constructs, perceived difficulty and injunctive norm reduce the impact of instrumental attitudes on behaviour intention. This study suggest that to make low perceived difficulty level and reinforce instrumental attitude is the effective management strategy of separating garbage discharged intention. In the future research, it need to examinate interaction effects using high order factor TPB model for further detail understanding about behavior and intention.
