자원봉사활동의 ‘사회적 영향력평가’를 위한모델 구축

Abstract

오늘날 자원봉사활동은 보편적인 현상이지만 자원봉사활동의 사회적 영향력에 대한 논의는 매우 미진한 실정이다. 본 연구는 자원봉사활동에 대한 사회적 영향력 평가를 위한 모델구축에 초점을 두고 있다. 자원봉사활동의 사회적 영향력평가를 위한 요소로는 ‘자원봉사자’ 영역(V), ‘조직’ 영역(O), ‘사회’ 영역(S)으로 구분하였으며, 각 요소별로 세부지표를 구성하였다. 자원봉사활동에 대한 사회적 영향력 평가 모델(VOC모델)의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 이 분야에 종사하는 포커스그룹 및 전문가집단을 활용하였다.전문가집단과 포커스그룹을 통해 모델의 정교화의 과정을 거쳤으며, 이를 통해 평가영역 및 평가항목의 큰 틀은 유지되었지만, 일부 용어가 수정되었다. 최종 확정된 지표에 대해 타당도 및 가중치 조사결과에 따라 평균값과 그 값이 지니는 의미를 해석하였다. 또한, 전문가집단과 포커스그룹을 대상으로 차이검증(t-TEST)을 실시하였고, 포커스그룹 내 자원봉사자, 풀뿌리단체(NPO), 자원봉사센터를 대상으로 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였다.분석결과, 대부분의 경우 집단 간 유사한 태도를 보였으며, 이는 모델을 바라보는 관점이 그들이 놓여있는 위치가 달라도 크게 차이가 발생하지 않음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 자원봉사활동의 사회적 영향력을 바라보는 시각이 유사함을 의미하는 것으로 자원봉사활동을 둘러싼 평가요소에 갈등적 요소가 적음을 의미한다. 이는 향후 자원봉사활동의 사회적 영향력평가 결과의 수용성 제고에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.The purpose of this study is to develop the assesment model of social impact of volunteer work. The assessment model is as follows; The dimensions of SIA of volunteer work are consisted of 3 categories; Volunteer(V), Organization(O), Society(S). To verify the validity of model, focus group and expert group were adopted. Through this process, assessment dimension and assessment sub-dimension were maintained, but in more words than one were modified. And then The dimension and sub-dimension finalized were analysed the validity and weight. Especially T-test and Analysis of variance(ANOVA) are used to analyze the difference between group means(The former is focus group and expert group, the latter is volunteers, NPO, and voluneer center).The summary of the result is as follows: In mose cases, similar attitude were found. This means little difference among their viewpoints. That is, the consensus. Also, it is similar to share the social impact of volunteer work. Therefore as above. the evaluation of SIA of volunteer work is little conflict. The compliance of the consequences of SIA of volunteer work will be raised.
