실버타운을 위한 CPS 기반 고령친화적 원격진료 시스템 설계 및 구현

Abstract

최근 원격진료의 필요성과 사용자의 서비스 요구사항이 증가함에 따라 보다 편리한 원격진료 서비스 제공 방법에 대한 연구가 다양한 분야에서 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 원격진료시스템과는 다르게 무선통신센서를 이용한 CPS(Cyber Physical System)기반의 음성통신과 생체정보시스템을 연동하여 거동이 불편한 고령자는 편리하게 무선으로 정보를 송수신하고, 원격지의 의료인을 위해 전달 받은 생체정보와 음성대화를 통해 진단의 정확도를 높일 수 있으며, 고령인의 건강정보를 선택적으로 저장하고 추후 의료인이 조회하여 상시 건강관리가 가능한 통합원격의료서비스를 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 고령사회로 진입한 우리나라 상황에 맞는 고령친화적인 원격진료시스템을 구축하여 실버타운에 거주하는 고령인들을 위한 고령친화적인 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.Recently, the need for telemedicine services and user's service requirements are increasing, the research for more convenient telemed service is underway in various fields. In this paper, we propose that Integrated telemedicine system possible to regular health care. unlike the existing telemedicine system, we combine the voice communications systems and biometric information based on CPS (Cyber Physical System) using wireless communication sensor and elderly people who disabilities are transmit the information comfortably, Also doctors in correspondent site are able to improves the accuracy of the medical treatment by received information about biometric and audio communication. In addition Health status information is stored selectively and then doctor can check the elders status everytime and everywhere. In this paper, we designed the telemedicine system suitable for korea aging society situation, therefore we could offer the Elderly-friendly medical service for seniors who live in silver town.
