다문화가족 이주여성들의 여가제약이 여가활동 참여 및여가만족에 미치는 영향 : 여가관여의 조절효과를 중심으로

Abstract

최근 한국사회에서 다문화가족들이 증가하고 있으며, 특히 그 중 결혼이주여성들의 여가활동은 그들의 일상적 삶을 이해하는 중요한 사회현상으로 쟁점화 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이주여성들의 인구통계학적 특징이라 할수 있는 내적 자원과 여가제약요인들이 그들의 여가참여 및 여가만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는데 있다. 한편 여가관여도는 잠재적 조절변수로서 여가제약이 여가참여 및 만족에 영향을 미치는데 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이주여성들의 경제적 수입이 많을수록 여가활동 참여도와 만족도가 높아졌다. 반면 교육수준이 높을수록 여가참여정도는 높았으나, 만족도는 떨어졌다. 둘째, 여가제약과 여가참여 정도는 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았으나, 개인의 여가관여도가 높은 집단일 경우에만 여가제약요인이 여가참여정도를 감소시키는데 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 여가제약요인은 여가만족도를 감소시키는데 유의한 영향을 미쳤는데, 특히 개인의 여가관여의 정도가 높거나 평균인 집단에서 여가제약 정도가 클수록 여가만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다.As the number of multi-cultural families is increasing in Korea, the leisure activity of the immigrant women hasemerged into a central issue to understand their everyday life. This study examines the effects of the immigrantwomen’s individual resources and leisure constraints on their leisure participation and satisfaction. The role of theirleisure involvement is highlighted as a potential moderator in the analysis. The Findings are summarized as follows.First, the immigrant women with more income indicate more leisure participation and satisfaction, but those whowith more education indicate more participation and less satisfaction. Second, the increase of leisure constraintsleads to the decrease of leisure participation only for the immigrant women with high leisure involvement, but not forwith medium or low involvement. Third, the increase of leisure constraints lead to the decrease of leisure satisfactiononly for the immigrant women with high or medium leisure involvement, but not for with low involvement.
