세계화와 민족주의의 문화갈등: 한중(韓中) 간 한류와 반한류의 사례분석

Abstract

본 연구는 세계화가 문화적 복합성과 혼종성을 가져온다는 세계문화론의 주장을 지지하면서, 다만 이 과정이 상호보완적일 수도 있지만, 때론 갈등을 촉진할수도 있음을 증명해보고자 한다. 즉, 서구문화와 비서구 민족문화 간의 전통적 문화갈등에 더해 세계화가 민족국가와 민족국가 간 문화갈등도 촉진할 수 있다는것이다. 이를 위해서 한국과 중국 간에 나타난 한류와 반한류의 사례를 분석함으로써 세계화 속에서 하나의 특수문화가 보편화되는 과정에서 파생되는 주변의 특수문화와의 갈등을 민족주의와 문화산업화를 중심으로 설명하고자 한다.This paper reviews the cultural conflicts of nationalism in cultural globalization. In globalization age, nationalism is still powerful in lots of regions in the world, and it works out as the greatest obstacle to a truly global politics and culture. Therefore this paper suggests that cultural globalization results in cultural conflicts among nation-states as well as cultural coexistence. For this study, This study analyses the case of the Korean Wave and the anti-Korean Wave in Korea and China with nationalism and cultural industrialization.
