척추 침범을 동반한 자궁내막의 원발성림프종 1예

Abstract

여성생식기에 발생하는 원발성 악성 림프종은 매우 드물다. 대부분은 난소 및 자궁경부에서 기원하는 것으로 자궁체부의 원발성 악성림프종은 더욱 드물다. 증상은 질출혈을 호소하는 경우가 가장 많고 무증상인 경우도 있다. 아직까지 자궁체부의 원발성 악성 림프종의 표준 치료법이 없는 실정이나 수술 후 rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine과 prednisone 항암화학요법을 시행하는 것이 일반적이다. 저자들은 자궁내막에서 기원하여 척추(L4) 침범을 동반하는 원발성 악성 림프종 환자를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Primary malignant lymphomas in the female genital tract are rare, but when it occurs, the cervix or the ovary are more common site than the uterine corpus. Most common symptoms are abnormal vaginal bleeding but sometimes it is symptom free. Due to rarity of primary malignant lymphoma, the standard treatments are not yet established, but rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone chemotherapy after the surgery is general executed. We present a case of primary malignant lymphoma originating from endometrium with spine involvement.
