Abstract
As energy saving has been institutionalized and made a way of life, and interest in friendly environment is rising, countries in the world have developed a relevant certification system to lay the ground for environment-friendly architecture. As there is also greater social interest in friendly-environment in the domestic country, interest in environment-friendly architecture and regeneration spaces as a new means to practically realize the environment is growing Environment-friendly regeneration spaces are connected not only to the environmental improvement of architectural interiors and exteriors but to the improvement of the regional environment or global environment. However, because the country does not have any certification system about environment-friendly regeneration spaces, it is necessary to recycle the existent spaces or develop an environment-friendly guideline considering the improved regeneration spaces. This study is to recognize the importance of environment-friendly and factors, and suggest the plan guideline for invigoration, and target the regeneration spaces which were changed from the domestic existent buildings for change of use, and confine them to cultural spaces in the buildings. Also, hereafter, the study suggests the method of changing regeneration spaces into environment-friendly spaces and using them as sustainable buildings.
