국내 친환경 건축물 인증제도의 BIM기반 평가를 위한 Template 도입 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

Recently, technological development of the whole industries promotes consumption of energy in the whole world. Meanwhile, each country is carrying out low-energy policies so as to save energy and preserve environment. Korea is carrying out the GBCC(Green building Certification Criteria). However, GBCC is evaluated by 2D floor plan and site photos. Therefore, this study intends to draw more rapid and accurate GBCC process with building's formative information or attribute information which can be obtained by BIM. To achieve it, GBCC template based on BIM is suggested and more qualitative data is applied to the certification process.
