고령친화 환경조성을 위한 공동주택단지 내커뮤니티시설의 공간특성 및 노인의 이용현황

Abstract

본 연구는 공동주택 커뮤니티시설의 공간특성을 조사하고 노인의 이용현황 및 만족도를 파악하여 노인을 위한 고령친화적 커뮤니티시설 계획 방안을 제공하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 서울 및 경기도에 위치한 8개 공동주택 사례를 대상으로 하였으며 커뮤니티시설을 주민교류공간, 자연친화공간, 건강증진공간으로 분류하여 공간구성 및 배치특성을 조사하였다. 거주노인을 대상으로 커뮤니티시설 이용시간 및 주 이용시설, 노인이 커뮤니티시설에서 주로 하는 활동 등을 조사하여 노인의 공동주택 커뮤니티시설 이용현황과 만족도를 파악하고자 하였다. 조사결과 커뮤니티시설은 공동주택의 커뮤니티시설은 노인들이 이용할 수 있는 시설이 한정적인 것으로 나타나 노인을 위한 고령친화적 관점에서 계획이 미흡하였다. 노인이 이용할 수 있는 취미실과 같은 공간이 부족했으며, 노인의 신체를 고려한 운동시설의 계획이 제대로 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 다른 세대와 노인이 함께 교류할 수 있는 공용시설 뿐 아니라 노인이 이용할 수 있는 다양한 커뮤니티시설을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. This study is to provide fundamental data for a community facilities plan of an apartment house satisfying the elderly various needs by analyzing layout plan and space characteristics of elderly community facilities within an apartment house. This study investigated cases on eight apartment housing where is located in Seoul and Gyeonggi. We conducted community facilities for aged friendly by classifying according to resident exchange space, environmental friendly space, health space. First of all, a resident exchange space was only deployed in a first floor of apartment in main plaza intensively, increasing connectivity between facilities. However, an outdoor space of a health space was deployed in a little piece of an apartment or outside of complex except indoor space. And while a elderly club houses planned as a community space, the elderly who is a advanced age or physical handicap have suffered a difficulty to use facilities because elderly club houses safety facilities for the elderly was restricted to raised blocks and safety bar in a entrance of elderly club houses. Lastly, an environmental friendly space planned a green space and water space providing visual attraction such as foun tain, eco-pond, biotop, but it is inadequate in gardening activty space such as vegetable garden.
