Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the effect of an international faculty development program on simulation-based healthcare education (SBHE). The study adapted a multi-professional program and evaluated data such as self-assessment of the impact of the course on knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) toward simulation teaching. Results reveal that KSA toward simulation teaching improved significantly and a comprehensive development is needed for successful transport of curricula.
