노인 전용 공동 주거의 서비스디자인 계획에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근 노인의 비율이 급증하고 있어 2026년에는 초고령 사회로 진입 할 것으로 인해 노인관련 문제점에 대한 해결방안들이 모색되고 있다. 이에 세계적으로 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있는 서비스 디자인을 접목한 노인 전용 공동 주택으로 공간을 제안하여 향후 노인주거시설의 계획 및 방향을 선정하여 거주자의 만족도를 향상 및 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다. 노인전용 공동 주거의 입주 전 정보 수집, 준비 과정에서 입주 후 공용 시설의 생활, 개인 시설의 생활, 퇴거 후 지속적인 관리까지 단계별로 나누어 일어날 수 있는 활동을 공가별로 예측하고 노화의 분류에 따라 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 특성의 요소별로 고객의 경험을 구성하는 접점을 제시하여 서비스디자인 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째로는 입주 전 정보 수집과 입주준비를 위한 단계로 가상 시뮬레이션과 이사 서비스에 의한 무형성이 중요시 된다. 둘째, 다양한 기능을 부여하여 안정된 공간을 마련하고 사용자의 접근성을 높일 수 있는 규격을 파악, 분석함으로써 일관된 경험을 제공해 표준화 되어야 할 이질성의 가치를 높인다. 또 서비스 시나리오에서 발견한 표준화된 서비스에서 고객과 서비스가 만나게 되는 포인트를 잘 파악해 비분리성을 극복할 수 있다. 셋째, 노인들의 퇴거 후 건강관리와 공동주택 프로그램 등을 참여하여 서비스에 대한 기억과 경험의 가치를 높여 소멸성이 강화된다. 따라서 도심형 공동주택에 관해 쉬운 접근성, 활동적인 노인들의 건강한 삶을 고려하여 보다 안정적이고 편리하게 이용하여 노인의 삶을 향상시키는 방향을 제시한다.Since currently ratio of senior citizen is increasing and the year of 2026 will enter into the high old age society, solution on the issue related to the aging society is being sought. Accordingly, we aim at proposing the space as the elder's apartment with the world active researching service design and improving the residents' satisfaction by planning the elder's future housing and selecting its direction. The study suggests the direction of the service design by estimating the process of collecting information before entering the Senior Congregate Housing, living of public facility after entering into the housing in the process of preparation, living of personnel facility, the continuous management after leaving the housing by stage and by space and by proposing the point of contact consisting of customers' experience by elements of physical, psychological, and social characteristics in accordance to the ageing classification. First, an aplasia by virtual simulation and of moving service before collecting information and moving is highlighted. Second, various functions should be given to grasp and analyze the scale for user's stable space and high accessibility and to provide an uniformed experience to raise up the value of standardized heterogeneity. Also, we can grasp the good point of meeting customer and service in a standardized service discovered in a service scenario and overcome non-dissolubility. Third, joining in the retired elder's health care and public apartment program and raising up their memory and experience of service intensifies its lapse. Therefore, considering a good accessibility and active & healthy life of the elders regarding of urban apartment and making the more stable and easier use presents the way how to improve the elder's life.
