Abstract
1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is that the criteria system is established for evaluating outcome in business support in Technopark(TP). (2) RESEARCH METHOD The research methode is divided to set up evaluation criteria and to analyze importance between criteria. The evaluation criteria is established through the review major function of TP, current evaluation system and the advanced research internal and external. The importance analysis is used by ANP (Analytic Network Process), which is possible to considerate correlationship between criteria. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study has two signification. firstly, it can suggest the implication about improvement in current business support outcome evaluation system. Secondly, it is possible to use their own management index for raising outcome of business support. 2. RESULTS In result of this study, it is improved as follows, firstly, the criteria for evaluating business support outcome of TP is developed. Secondly, the detailed criteria is materialized more than existing one. Thirdly, the criteria system is set-up to analyze importance between criteria through objective method.
