도시 창조성의 지역별 특성 및 영향요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

도시 발전을 주도하는 요인에 많은 변화가 있는 가운데, 최근 도시 창조성이 도시경쟁력 향상에 중요한 요인으로 부상하고 있다. 이에 국내 69개 도시들의 창조성에 대한 부문별 특성을 분석하고, 도시 창조성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 연구하였다. 그 결과, 각 지역별로 도시 창조성을 구성하는 부문들 중 특화된 특성을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 부문별 상관관계 또한 다양하게 나타났다. 또한 도시 창조성에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 관용 부문과 세부 요인들 중에는 고급 인력 부문이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 정책적 시사점을 제안하면, 첫째, 지역의 특성에 따라 강하게 나타나는 창조성이 다르므로, 향후 국내 도시들의 창조도시를 통한 도시경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 지역 특성에 맞는 정책 방향 설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 창조성을 구성하는 세 부분이 균형적으로 영향을 미치고 있으므로, 각 지역에서 잘 되고 있는 부문에 대한 집중뿐만 아니라, 부족한 창조성 부문에 대한 투자도 적극적으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 향후 고급 인력과 첨단 서비스업이 집중되어 있는 지역들의 창조성에 많은 변화가 있을 것으로 판단되며, 마지막으로 고급 인력이 많은 지역들이 관용 수준이 떨어지는 경우가 많아 창조성을 발휘하지 못하는 경우가 있어 이에 대한 개선이 이루어진다면, 창조적 특성을 통해 도시의 경쟁력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.While the factors that led the development of the city have many variations, urban creativity is emerging as an important factor to improve competitiveness recently. So, this study analyzed sectoral characteristics of the domestic 69 cities' creativity and the effect of factors on the city creativity. As a result, each city has different and specific characteristics and correlation between sectors found to be various. Also, high-quality human resources have the biggest impact on the urban creativity in usage sector and detail sector. In making policy, first, it is necessary to have proper direction to fit local characteristics having an effect on urban creativity. Second, the government should not only focus on sectors which are going well, but also make investment in creativity which should be implemented. Third, creativity of the region with high-quality human resources and high-tech services will change a lot. Lastly, there are cases which don't unleash creativity because the regions with high-quality human resources decrease their tolerance level. If this situation will be improved, the competitivenes can be enhanced by creative characteristic.
