직업전문학교 학생의 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 진로결정수준의 매개효과를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는데 있어 진로결정수준의 매개효과를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있으며 이를 위해 첫째, 직업전문학교 학생의 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, 직업전문학교 학생의 셀프리더십이 진로결정수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 직업전문학교 학생의 진로결정수준이 진로준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 넷째, 직업전문학교 학생의 셀프리더십과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정수준은 매개효과가 있는가에 대한 연구이다. 연구의 수행을 위해 서울에 소재한 직업전문학교 학위과정 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 회수된 470부를 본 연구에 사용하였다. 자료 분석 방법으로 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 다중 회귀분석 및 매개효과 검증을 위한 Sobel test, Bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 행동중심적 전략이 진로준비행동 하위요인인 주변인 통한 진로탐색, 전문도구 활용 진로탐색, 목표달성을 위한 노력행동에 유의한 영향을 주었고 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 자연적 보상전략이 진로준비행동 하위요인인 전문도구 활용 진로탐색, 전문기관 및 전문인 활용 진로상담에 유의한 영향을 주었으며 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 건설적 사고전략은 진로준비행동 하위요인인 주변인을 통한 진로탐색, 전문기관 및 전문인을 통한 진로상담, 목표달성을 위한 노력행동에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향에 있어서 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 행동중심적 전략, 자연적 보상전략이 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 건설적 사고전략은 유의하지 않았다. 이는 직업선택에 대한 결정과 확신을 높이는 데에 있어 긍정적인 상상과 기대만으로는 어렵다는 것을 의미 한다. 셋째, 진로결정수준이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 진로결정수준은 진로준비행동의 하위요인인 주변인을 통한 진로탐색, 전문도구를 활용한 진로탐색, 목표달성을 위한 노력행동에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 전문기관과 전문인을 활용한 진로탐색은 유의하지 않았다. 또한 진로결정수준은 진로준비행동의 하위요소 중 목표달성을 위한 노력행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 셀프리더십과 진로준비행동 관계에서 진로결정수준의 부분매개의 효과 검증을 통해 셀프리더십이 직접적으로 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 진로결정수준을 매개로 간접적으로도 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 셀프리더십을 통해 직접적으로 진로준비행동을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 진로결정수준을 높임으로써 간접적으로 진로준비행동을 높일 수 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 이에 따라 진로준비행동을 향상시키기 위해서는 셀프리더십과 진로결정수준을 함께 고려한 교육과정 개발 및 운영 시, 보다 효율적인 진로준비행동이 이루어 질 것이라는 것을 알 수 있다.; The this study was to investigate the effect of vocational training school students' self-leadership upon career preparation behavior, and also to identify the mediating effect of career decision level. Based on these research objectives, the following research issues are established. First, how does self-leadership of vocational training school students affected career preparation behavior? Second, how does self-leadership of vocational training school students influence career decision level ? Third, how does career decision level of vocational college students influence career preparation behavior? Fourth, does the career decision level have mediating effects between self-leadership and career preparation behavior of vocational training school students? For the conduct of this research, a questionnaire survey was conducted for students of degree programs at vocational training school in seoul and total 470 questionnaires were used in the analysis. For data analysis, the SPSS 22.0 program was used in frequency, factor, reliability, correlation, hierarchical regression, multiple regression and sobel test, bootstrapping to verify the mediating effect. The results obtained in this study are as follows. First, self-leadership affected significant influences to career preparation behavior. Behavior focused strategies among sub-factors of self-leadership affected significant influences to career search item through surrounding persons, career searches utilizing special tools and the effort behaviors for achieving goals among sub-factors of career preparation behavior. Natural award strategies among sub-factors of self-leadership affected significant influences to career searches utilizing special tools and career counseling with the specialized organizations or professionals among sub-factors of career preparation behavior. Constructive thought strategies among sub-factors of self-leadership affected significant influences to career search item through surrounding persons, career counseling with the specialized organizations or professionals and the effort behaviors for achieving goals among sub-factors of career preparation behavior. Second, behavior focused strategies and natural award strategies among sub-factor self-leadership affected significant influences to career decision level, but constructive thought strategies of the self-leadership were displayed as not affecting significant influences. This means that it is difficult to raise decisions and confidence about career choices with positive imagination and expectation. Third, career decision level affected significant influences to career search item through surrounding persons, career searches utilizing special tools and the effort behaviors for achieving goals among sub-factors of career preparation behavior, but career counseling with the specialized organizations or professionals were displayed as not affecting significant influences. Also career decision level was found to have the greatest effect on the effort behaviors for achieving goals among sub-factors of career preparation behavior. Finally, the study demonstrated the partial mediating relationship of career decision level on relations between self-leadership and career preparation behavior, thus showing that self-leadership has direct positive influences on career preparation behavior and also indirect positive influences on it through career decision level. The findings suggest that vocational training school students can increase career preparation behavior directly through self-leadership and also do it indirectly by enhancing their career decision level. In order to improve career preparation behaviors, it can be seen that more efficient career preparation behavior will be achieved when developing and operating a curriculum that considers both self-leadership and career decision level.
