중학생의 부모화 경험과 사회불안의 관계에서 완벽주의의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 중학생의 부모화 경험과 완벽주의가 사회불안에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 완벽주의가 부모화와 사회불안을 매개하는 요인인지 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기도에 위치한 3개 중학교에 재학 중인 중학생421명에게 부모화, 완벽주의, 사회불안 정도를 측정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21과 AMOS 21을 활용하여 분석하였다. 각 변인간의 상관관계를 살펴본 후 매개모형을 분석하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 부모화 경험과 완벽주의, 사회불안간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과 완벽주의가 부모화와 사회불안을 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 부모화 경험이 완벽주의라는 심리적 요소를 통해 사회불안에 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 본연구를 통해 부모화 경험으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 잠재적 위험성을 밝히고 사회불안으로 인해 상담실을 찾는 청소년들에게 효과적인 상담적 개입 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of perfectionism on the relation of middle school students`` parentification and social anxiety. Participants for this study were 421 middle-school students. SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 were used to analyze collected data. The key findings of this study are as follows: First, significant correlations among all variables were found. Second, the structural model of parentification, perfectionism, social anxiety was proved to be valid. Third, the pathway between parentification and social anxiety was partially mediated by perfectionism. The results of the study suggest that the experience from family such as parentification and the psychological factor such as perfectionism play crucial roles for the occurrence of social anxiety. Also, perfectionism has important roles as a mediator between parentification and social anxiety and as a psychological factor that affects social anxiety. Finally, implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
