Abstract
A slot-type ground radiation antenna and a high-speed digital circuit are modeled within a Bluetooth headset to demonstrate a useful method to reduce high-speed digital noise. The method of noise reduction is based on the theory of characteristic modes. Modifying the structure of the antenna and thereby changing the characteristic mode excited by the antenna leads to decoupling between the antenna and the circuit, achieving the high-sensitivity property of the antenna.
