소규모 복합 상업건물의 공간 콜래보레이션 현황과 효과- 겔러리, 아트샵, 카페가 콜래보레이션 된 헤이리 예술마을을 중심으로 -

Abstract

In order to satisfy various needs of users, space collaboration is popular in commercial space design. Recently, commercial space is popular for its provision of comfortable and unique space. This study reviewed the present status and effect of complex commercial buildings which collaborate gallery, art shop, and cafe with area of more than 300 square meters and less than 500 square meters and are located in Heyri Artist Valley in Paju, Korea. As a result, among the 6 buildings reviewed, more than 83 % were collaboration of a gallery and a cafe with overlapping area of 25-52 squire meters which saved 7-15 % of gross floor area. However, in these cases, negative effects were shown at either gallery or cafe. Planning lighting, furniture, the line of flow, and entrance considering the purpose of each space can help maximizing the synergistic effect so further study is needed for such an extent.
