dc.description.abstract본 연구의 목적은 사용목적 및 지원양식 등이 상이한 개념도 작성도구들을 비교·분석하고, 단점을 보완하여 컴퓨터기반 협력학습을 적절히 지원할 수 있도록 새로운 지원도구를 개발하는데 필요한 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대표적인 개념도작성도구(Convince Me, Knowledge Forum, Cmaptools, Mindmeister, Belvedere)를 선정하고, 도구의 사용목적 및 설계원리에 대한 선행문헌 분석을 실시하였다. 이후 휴리스틱 평가와 F.G.I.를 통해 전문가들의 다양한 의견을 수렴하여 효과적인 컴퓨터기반 협력학습을 지원하기 위한 개념도 작성도구 설계 원리에 대해 논의하였다. 분석결과, 대부분의 개념도 작성 도구는 커뮤니케이션 기능은 지원하고 있었으나 조정과 협동차원의 지원은 미비하였다. The purpose of this study is to review the concept mapping tools and provide implications for designing tools that support collaborative learning activities. For this purpose, representative concept mapping tools - Convince Me, Knowledge Forum, Cmaptools, Mindmeister, Belvedere - was analyzed by using the 3C(Communication, Coordination, Cooperation) framework. We have applied three research methods; 1) literature review on design principles of tools, 2) heuristic evaluation, 3) focus group interview. As a result, most of comcept mapping tools supported communication functions but partialy supported coordication and cooperation features.en_US
