지체장애인의 개인가치, 심리적 임파워먼트와 사회적 지원이 관광행동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 지체장애인도 관광활동의 주체로서 자기 스스로 활동을 결정하고 행동한다는 내부지향적인 관점에서 출발하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체장애인의 관광행동에 개인가치는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 심리적 임파워먼트가 관광태도, 관광행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지원의 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 지체장애인의 개인가치는 지체장애인의 심리적 임파워먼트에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 지체장애인의 관광태도에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지체장애인의 사회적 지원에 대한 인식이 높을수록 관광태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지체장애인에게 있어 사회적 지원은 조절효과보다는 주효과로 나타났다. 지체장애인에게 있어 관광은 비장애인과 다르게 일반적 활동이 아닌 특수한 활동으로 여겨진다는 것을 의미한다. 지체장애인이 관광활동의 참여를 위해서는 사회적 지원이 매우 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 지체장애인도 행동의 주체로서 관광활동을 촉진시키기 위해서는 개인의 심리적 요인으로 심리적 임파워먼트를 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안의 마련과 함께 사회적 요인으로써 사회적 지원, 접근성과 이동성을 촉진시키는 사회 활동적 지원으로서 무장애 공간(유니버설 다자인)에 대한 다양한 공공부문의 정책마련이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study is inner-directed perspective that a physically disabled actually decide their own activity. Based on the results. First, the personal value don’t have a decisive effect on a physically challenged person of the tourism activity. however, the psychological empowerment exert a strong influence on the tourism attitude and the tourism behavior intention. besides, the social support don’t have any regulation effect. Second, the personal value of a physically disabled have a positive effect on the psychological empowerment of it, but there is no direct influence on the tourism attitude of a physically challenged person. Third, the more we have a correct understanding of the social support for a physically disabled. the more positive influence gets. As a result, the social support for a physically challenged person is not the regulation effect but the main effect. Fourth, a physically challenged person who has a positive on the attitude of the tourism has a plus effect on the tourism activity purpose. Therefore, a disabled need the psychological empowerment, the social support, and the political back-up in the name of the universal design for the tourism activity like that of normal person.
