성인발레 지도자의 감성적리더십과 카리스마리더십이 수업몰입 및 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 성인발레 지도자의 감성적리더십과 카리스마리더십이 수업몰입 및 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 성인발레 지도자의 지도력을 향상시켜 성인발레 참여자의 수업몰입과 수업만족도가 높아질 수 있는 효율적인 지도방법을 제시하고, 무용교육환경 개선에 도움을 주는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 사설 무용학원에서 수강하고 있는 성인을 표본으로, 비확률적 표본추출법(Non probability sampling) 중 편의표본추출법(Convenience sampling)을 이용하여 네이버(Naver) 온라인 설문지와 지류 설문지를 배포하였다. 총 277부의 설문지 중, 무응답 및 불성실 응답 3부를 제외한 총 274부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 설문 문항은 총 47문항으로 개인적특성 7문항, 감성적리더십 9문항, 카리스마리더십 10문항, 수업몰입 15문항, 수업만족도 6문항으로 구성되어있다. 개인적특성을 제외한 문항은 선행연구에서 사용된 문항들을 수정 및 보완하여 5점 리커트(Likert) 척도로 구성해 사용하였다. 자료의 처리는 SPSS 프로그램을 사용해 진행하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factor Analysis), 신뢰도 분석(Reliability Analysis), 단순회귀분석(Regression Analysis)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성인발레 지도자의 감성적리더십이 수업몰입의 하위요인인 학습행동사고, 학습과제몰입, 자기몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인발레 지도자의 감성적리더십이 수업만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성인발레 지도자의 카리스마리더십이 수업몰입의 하위요인인 학습행동사고, 학습과제몰입, 자기몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성인발레 지도자의 카리스마리더십이 수업만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 결과를 통하여 성인발레 지도자의 감성적리더십과 카리스마리더십이 수업몰입과 수업만족도에 영향을 미치며, 성인발레 참여자의 수업몰입도와 수업만족도를 높이는데 중요한 요소로 작용됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 성인발레 지도자의 감성적리더십과 카리스마리더십이 발휘되었을 때, 수업몰입과 수업만족도가 높아지면서, 수업참여도까지 높아질 것으로 판단된다.|This study aims to verify the impact of emotional leadership and charismatic leadership of adult ballet instructors on class engagement and satisfaction, with the goal of enhancing the instructional effectiveness of adult ballet leaders and proposing efficient teaching methods that contribute to increased class engagement and satisfaction among adult ballet participants, ultimately aiding in the improvement of dance education environments. The research participants were adults enrolled in private dance academies, and a non-probability convenience sampling method was employed, distributing paper survey and online survey through Naver. Out of a total of 277 collected surveys, excluding 3 non-responsive or insincere responses, 274 were used as the final analysis dataset. The survey instrument comprised 47 items, including 7 items related to personal characteristics, 9 items on emotional leadership, 10 items on charismatic leadership, 15 items on class engagement, and 6 items on class satisfaction. Except for personal characteristics, the items were adapted from previous studies, modified, and improved, utilizing a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS program, incorporating exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and simple regression analysis. The following results were obtained: Firstly, the emotional leadership of adult ballet instructors was found to statically influence the sub-factors of class engagement, namely learning behavior involvement, task engagement, and self-engagement. Secondly, the emotional leadership of adult ballet instructors was found to statically influence class satisfaction. Thirdly, the charismatic leadership of adult ballet instructors was found to statically influence the sub-factors of class engagement, namely learning behavior involvement, task engagement, and self-engagement. Fourthly, the charismatic leadership of adult ballet instructors was found to statically influence class satisfaction. These findings indicate that the emotional leadership and charismatic leadership of adult ballet instructors have a significant impact on class engagement and satisfaction, serving as crucial elements in increasing both class engagement and satisfaction among adult ballet participants. Therefore, it can be inferred that when emotional and charismatic leadership are demonstrated by adult ballet instructors, class engagement and satisfaction increase, leading to heightened participation in dance classes.
