中国对朝鲜投资的影响因素研究

Abstract

The investment in North Korea, the nuclear issue, and the reunification of the Korean Peninsula have been the main topics of research on the Korean Peninsula since the beginning of the 21st century, and the three are closely related. In the current situation of intensified competition between China and the United States, and the ongoing conflict between Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Korean Peninsula is likely to become a substitute country for major country wars due to historical and geopolitical factors. Therefore, studying China's investment in North Korea can help promote the resolution of political issues through economic cooperation and explore ways for peaceful development on the Korean Peninsula. Especially since China used to be the number one investor in North Korea, it is very important to study the factors that affect investment in North Korea using China as an example.This study is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) theory of international relations and functionalist theory, and conducts semistructured interviews with Chinese investment entrepreneurs in North Korea at the individual level. At the same time, the influencing factors of investment subjects, investment objects, and external environment were summarized as China, North Korea, and international factors, respectively. Then, two models with international factors as the independent variable, 133investment intention to North Korea as the dependent variable, and China and North Korea factors as mediating variables were used to systematically study the influencing factors through data analysis.Research has shown that both the situation on the Korean Peninsula and the international economic sanctions led by the United Nations have an impact on China's national strategy for investing in North Korea, and these two factors have a significant impact on the willingness and behavior of Chinese entrepreneurs, who are one of the main investors, to invest in North Korea. At the same time, data analysis also proves that China, as an investment entity, plays an important intermediary role between international economic sanctions and China's willingness to invest in North Korea, playing a crucial role in the changes in China North Korea economic relations.In addition, through questionnaire surveys and data analysis, it can be seen that the situation on the Korean Peninsula affects changes in investment intentions towards North Korea. Especially, North Korean factors have a significant impact on international sanctions, the situation on the Korean Peninsula, and national strategic factors. At the same time, international sanctions play an important role in North Korea's political and economic factors, greatly suppressing the willingness and behavior of investors to invest in North Korea. Therefore, there is an inevitable connection between China's investment in North Korea and the relaxation or lifting of sanctions imposed by the United Nations. Only by continuously playing the role of a major power by the international community can China improve the current situation.Keywords: China's investment in North Korea, Chinese factors, North Korean factors, international factors|对朝投资问题、朝核问题、韩半岛统一问题是进入 21 世纪以来关于韩半岛研究的主要论题，三者关系密切。在当前中美竞争加剧、俄乌冲突持续的情况下，韩半岛因历史和地缘政治因素有可能成为大国战争的替代国。因此，研究中国的对朝投资问题，有助于通过经济合作促进政治问题的解决，探索韩半岛和平发展的途径。特别是中国曾经是对朝投资的第一大家，因此以中国为例来研究影响因素非常重要。本研究以国际关系层次分析理论和功能主义理论为基础，在个体层面以中国对朝投资企业家为对象进行了半结构化访谈。同时，将投资主体、投资客体和外部环境这三个方面影响因素分别归总为中国、朝鲜和国际因素，继而以国际因素为自变量、以对朝投资意向为因变量、以中国因素和朝鲜因素为中介变量的两个模型，通过数据分析对中国对朝投资影响因素进行了系统研究。研究得出，韩半岛局势因素和以联合国经济制裁为主导的国际经济制裁因素都影响中国对朝投资的国家战略，而且这两个方面因素对作为投资主体之一的中国企业家对朝投资的意愿和行为有很大影响。与此同时，数据分析也证明中国作为投资主体，在国际经济制裁因素和中国对朝投资意愿之间具有重要中介作用，在中朝经济关系变化中扮演着举足轻重的主要角色。此外，通过问卷调查和数据分析可以看出，韩半岛局势因素影响对朝投资意愿的变化。特别是朝鲜方面因素对国际制裁因素、韩半岛局势因素、国家战略因素都具有十分重要的影响。同时，国际制裁因素通过对朝鲜的政治因素、经济因素等发挥重要作用，极大地抑制了投资者对朝投资的意愿和行为，因此，中国对朝投资与联合国放宽或解除对朝制裁存在必然联系，中国只有国际社会要不断发挥大国作用，才有可能改善当前局面。关键词：中国对朝投资 中国因素 朝鲜因素 国际因素|대북 투자 문제, 북핵 문제, 한반도 통일 문제는 21 세기 들어 한반도 연구에관한 주요 논제로 삼자 간에 서로 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 현재 미·중 간경쟁이 격화되고 러시아-우크라이나 간의 충돌이 지속되는 상황에서 한반도는역사와 지연 등의 요인으로 인해 강대국 군사 충돌의 각축장이 될 가능성이있으며, 대북 투자 문제를 연구하는 것은 경제를 통해 정치문제 해결을 촉진하고한반도의 평화 발전의 경로를 모색하는 데 도움이 된다. 아울러 중국은 한때북한에 대한 투자 1 위 국가였기 때문에 중국의 경우 대북 투자에 영향을 미치는요인을 연구하는 것도 매우 중요하다.본 연구는 국제관계 계층 분석 이론과 기능주의 이론을 바탕으로 하여 개인의이익에 의해 주도되는 투자자 개인 차원의 중국 대북 투자 기업가에 대해반구조화 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 한편, 투자 주체, 투자 객체, 외부 환경의 세 가지측면의 영향 요인을 중국, 북한, 국제 요인으로 구분하여 국제 요인을 독립변수로,대북 투자 의향을 종속변수로, 중국 요인과 북한요인을 매개변수로 하는 두 가지모델을 공식화하고, 데이터 분석을 진행하여 중국의 대북 투자 영향 요인에 대한연구의 전면적이고 체계적인 돌파구를 마련했다.본 연구를 통해 중국 요인을 매개 변수로 하는 연구 모델에서 설문 조사 및데이터 분석을 통해 한반도 정세 요인이 중국의 대북 투자 의지에 유의한 정의영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 국제 경제 제재 요인, 한반도 정세 요인은국가 전략 요인에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 국제 경제 제재 요인, 한반도 정세요인은 투자 주체 요인에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 투자 주체 요소는 중국의대북 투자 의지에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 투자 주체 요인은 국제 경제 제재요인과 중국의 대북 투자 의지 사이에 유의한 매개효과가 존재했다. 투자 주체요인은 한반도 정세 요인과 중국의 대북 투자 의지 사이에 유의한 매개 효과가존재했다.다음으로 북한 요인을 매개 변수로 하는 연구 모델에서 설문 조사와 데이터분석을 통해 한반도 정세 요인이 대북 투자 의지에 유의한 정의 영향을 미친다는것을 알 수 있었다. 국제 경제 제재 요인, 한반도 정세 요인, 국가 전략 요인은정치 요인에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 투자 주체 요소는 정치 요소에 유의한정의 영향을 미쳤다. 국제 경제 제재 요소는 법률 요소에 유의한 정의 영향을미쳤다. 정치적 요인은 중국의 대북 투자 의지에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다.법적 요인, 경제적 요인은 중국의 대북 투자 의지에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다.정치적 요인, 법적 요인, 경제적 요인은 국제 경제 제재 요인과 중국의 대북 투자의지 사이에 유의한 매개 효과가 존재했다.키워드: 중국의 대북 투자，중국 요인，북한 요인，국제 요인，신형 국제관계 구축
