| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 ESG가 무엇인지 파악한 후 기술적 평가지수를 통해 ESG 경영도를 파악할 수 있는 정도를 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 분석을 위해서 일단 ESG의 배경을 설명하고 현재 한국과 미국은 ESG에 대해 어떤 입장을 취하고 있는지 확인하였다. 또한 한국과 미국을 대표하는 각 1개씩 대표 기업인 애플과 삼성전자를 선정하였다. 각 기업들이 ESG를 평가할 수 있는 기술적 평가도구는 어떤 것이 있는지 확인 후 애플과 삼성전자에는 어떻게 활용되고 있는지 파악했다. 이러한 분석 결과 ESG는 기술적 지수와 경제적 지수 둘다 활용하여 평가되어야 하며 ESG의 각 항목마다 기업들이 통합적으로 관리 경영해야 한다고 파악했다 | - |
