NCS 기반 요구도 검증을 통한 요인별 무용교육 과정 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 NCS 기반 학습자와 전문가 요구도 분석 검증 결과를 토대로 무용학 가 치특성 5가지에 대한 요인별 교육과정 개발 모형을 제안해 보는 것이었다. 즉, 무용의 가치특성 5개에 대한 학습자 직무 요구도 현황 분석 결과 내용과 전문가(실무자) 직무 능력단위 요구도 분석 결과 내용을 최종 분석한 결과를 토대로 미래 무용학 분야에서 다뤄질 수 있는 요인별 교육과정 모형을 최종 개발 제안하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에 서는 NCS 기반 학습자와 실무자 요구도 검증을 통한 미래 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대비 한 무용학 가치특성에 따른 교육과정 기본 모형을 개발 제안하였으며, 이에 대한 종합 적 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 학습자들은 무용의 가치특성 5개 요인(기능적 측면, 교육적 측면, 예 술적 측면, 산업적 측면, 공학적 측면)에서 모두 다방면의 교수학습 및 교육과정 개발 에 대한 필요성 요구가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대부분의 전문가(실무자)들은 기존의 이론과 실기 중심의 교육과정으로는 졸업 후 실무현장에서 필요한 전문가로 활동이 제한적일 수 있다며, NCS 기반 무용학전공 교육과정 개발에 대한 필요성 요구가 높게 나타났다. 따라서, 무용의 가치특성 5개 요인을 토대로 미래 사회로 나아갈 수 있는 새로운 교 육과정 개설에 필요성과 운영 정책의 적극적 시급성을 토대로 NCS 기반 무용학 교육 과정 개발 모형을 다음과 같은 5가지 요인적 측면에서 전문가 양성과정이 필요할 것으 로 사료된다. 즉, 기술적 커리어 개발 전문가, 창의적 문화예술 전문가, 융합적 전인교 육 전문가, 열정적 스타트 업 엑설레이터, 도전적 탐구 및 연구개발 인재로 나아갈 수 있도록 유인적 NCS 기반 무용학 교육과정 모형을 개발 제안하였다. 결론적으로, NCS기반 무용학 교육과정의 가치특성(기능적 측면, 예술적 측면, 교육 적 측면, 산업적 측면, 공학적 측면)에 따른 5가지 요인별 영역에서 학습자와 실무자 대부분은 과거 전통 이론과 실기 중심의 무용학 교육과정의 학습을 반복적으로 답습하 는 수준에서 벗어나 이제는 미래 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 그 끼와 능력으로 인정 받을 수 있는 맞춤형 교육과정 개발 운영의 필요성을 강력히 요구하고 있다는 것을 본 연구의 요구도 조사 실증 연구를 통해 알 수 있었다. 주요어: NCS, 무용학 가치특성, 무용교육, 4차 산업혁명 시대, 조작적 정의|This study was to propose a curriculum development model for each factor for five value characteristics of dance studies based on the results of analysis and verification of the needs of learners and experts based on NCS. In other words, a curriculum model for each factor that can be handled in the future field of dance studies based on the final analysis results of the analysis results of learner job requirements for five value characteristics of dance and the analysis results of expert (practitioner) job competency unit requirements. Is the final development proposal. Accordingly, this study proposed the development of a basic curriculum model according to the value characteristics of dance studies in preparation for the future 4th Industrial Revolution era by verifying the needs of NCS-based learners and practitioners, and the comprehensive conclusions are as follows.

First, most learners showed a high need for multifaceted teaching and learning and curriculum development in all five factors of the value characteristics of dance (functional aspect, educational aspect, artistic aspect, industrial aspect, and engineering aspect).

Second, most experts (practitioners) said that the existing theory- and practice-oriented curriculum may limit their activities as experts needed in the field after graduation, and there was a high demand for the development of an NCS-based dance major curriculum.

Therefore, based on the need to open a new curriculum that can advance into the future society based on the five value characteristics of dance and the active urgency of the operating policy, the NCS-based dance curriculum development model is designed to train experts in the following five factors. It is believed that a process will be necessary. In other words, we proposed developing an attractive NCS-based dance curriculum model to help people become technical career development experts, creative culture and arts experts, convergent holistic education experts, passionate startup accelerators, and challenging exploration and research and development talents.

In conclusion, in five factor areas according to the value characteristics of the NCS-based dance curriculum (functional aspect, artistic aspect, educational aspect, industrial aspect, and engineering aspect), most learners and practitioners are accustomed to the traditional theory and practice-oriented dance curriculum of the past. This study also conducts an empirical study to investigate the needs of this study, showing that there is a strong need to develop and operate a customized curriculum that can be recognized as the talent and ability needed in the future era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, moving beyond the level of repeatedly following the learning process.
