플립러닝(flipped learning)을 활용한 드럼 지도안 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 플립러닝을 활용하여 드럼 학습에 새로운 접근 방식을 모색하고자 한다. 현대 교육에서의 변화와 함께, 기존의 강의 중심 수업의 한계를 극복하고 학생들의 참여와 자기 주도적 학습을 유도하기 위해 플립러닝을 도입하는 것이 이 연구의 목표 이다. 수업 전, 수업 중, 수업 후의 단계로 구성된 온라인 수업을 통해 맞춤형 드럼 학습 지도안을 설계하였다. 특히, 각 단계에서의 학습자와 교수자의 역할 재정의를 통 해 학습자 중심의 교육 모델을 확립하고자 하였다. 교사와 교육학 전문가 등 9명의 전문가들로부터 피드백을 받아 지도안을 보완하고, 이를 현장에서의 적용 가능성을 고려하여 개선했다. 연구 결과, 플립러닝을 통한 드럼 학습은 학생들의 참여도를 높이 고 자기 주도적 학습을 유도하는 데 효과적임을 입증하였다. 더불어, 학습자들의 드럼 연주 기술 향상과 학습 의욕 증진에 긍정적인 결과를 보였다. 연구의 결과를 바탕으 로, 플립러닝은 음악 교육뿐 아니라 다양한 교육 분야에 적용 가능한 유망한 교수법 이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 더불어, 향후 연구에서는 이러한 학습 방법을 확대하고 다 양한 악기에 적용하여 교육 방법의 혁신과 발전을 모색할 필요가 있으며 다양한 악기 및 교육 분야에 확대 가능한 연구를 제언하며, 학습자와 교수자간의 새로운 교육 방 법을 모색함으로써 교육 방식의 혁신과 발전을 기대한다|This study aims to explore a novel approach to drum instruction using flipped learning. Amidst the shifting landscape of contemporary education, the objective is to transcend the limitations of traditional lecture-based teaching, fostering student engagement and self-directed learning by integrating flipped learning. An online curriculum structured around pre-class, in-class, and post-class phases was devised to create tailored drum instructional guidelines. Emphasis was placed on redefining the roles of learners and educators at each stage, establishing a learner-centric educational model. Feedback from nine experts, including educators and educational specialists, was utilized to refine the guidelines, ensuring practical applicability. Results substantiate the effectiveness of flipped learning in drum instruction, notably in elevating student participation and stimulating self-directed learning. Additionally, it positively impacted students' drumming proficiency and motivation. The study suggests that flipped learning holds promise not only in music education but also across diverse educational domains. Future research should expand on these methodologies, extending their application to various instruments and educational fields, fostering innovation and advancement in educational paradigms by exploring fresh teaching approaches between learners and instructors.
