임가공 중소기업의 관리회계 시스템을 통한 원가 절감 사례 연구

Abstract

오늘날 기업들은 국경을 초월한 글로벌 경쟁과 나날이 새롭게 개발되는 기술 및 제조공정의 변화 속에서 살아남기 위하여 혁신적인 경영관리와 경쟁력 강화가 필요한 상황이다. 나날이 변화해가는 글로벌 기업들 간의 경쟁, 전기자동차와 같이 새로운 환경을 위한 새로운 제품들이 나오는 것이 지금의 기업 생태계이며, 그것을 따라 발전해 가지 않으면 기업으로써 생존이 어려운 상황들이 지속되고 있다. 새로운 제품에 발 맞춰 빠르게 변화를 주도해 나가는 기업들은 새로운 사업을 개발해 영업이익을 늘려가지만, 그렇지 않은 기업들은 도태되고 있으며, 이는 기존의 전통적인 경영방식 만으로는 대응 할 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 작금의 대한민국에서 이러한 중소기업 제조업체들은 기업의 생존을 위하여 많은 내부적인 혁신 요소를 발견하고 진행하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 특히 제조업은 공정의 분석과 혁신, 원재료적의 분석과 혁신, 노무 원가의 분석과 혁신과 같이 전통적인 방식을 벗어나 현대적인 경영방식을 도입하고 있다. 앞서 많은 경영학에 대한 연구가 이뤄지고 있는 현실에 있어서 실제로 기업들의 현장에 적용이 가능한지, 그렇다면 효과가 얼마나 이뤄질 수 있는지, 기업의 생존에 있어서 경영학적 이론들이 적용되었을 때 얼마나 현장의 변화가 있는지 사례를 통하여 연구하는 것이 논문의 주요 연구 주제였다. 해당 논문의 연구목적은 사례기업 A를 토대로 경영 이론과 현장이 접목되었을 때 어떠한 결과를 가져올 수 있는지 알아보는 것입니다. 사례기업 A는 2017년부터 2019년까지 지속적인 순손실을 기록하고 있었으며, 그에 따라 기업의 생존을 위하여 많은 경영혁신을 진행하였으며, 기업의 원가 체계의 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 원가를 절감하고 수익성을 이끌어내는 많은 방식들이 존재하는데, 사례기업은 경영자나 관리자가 한눈에 볼 수 있도록 원가 시스템의 변화를 주었으며, 실제 운영하는 관리자들이 쉽게 이해 할 수 있도록 변화를 주는데 노력 하였다. 그를 통해 관리자들로 인한 설비 유효 분석, 원재료 원가 분석, 노무원가 운영 분석들을 진행 할 수 있게 되었으며, 이는 2020년 이후 사례기업의 이익 구조로 변화된 것으로 기업 생존력의 중요한 요소가 변화되었음을 알 수 있다.|Today, companies need innovative management and strengthening competitiveness to survive cross-border global competition and changes in technology and manufacturing processes that are being developed every day. Competition among global companies is changing day by day, and new products for new environments, such as electric vehicles, are coming out in the current corporate ecosystem, and situations in which it is difficult for companies to survive if they do not develop along with it continue. Companies that are rapidly leading changes in line with new products develop new businesses and increase operating profits, but those that do not are falling behind, and the reality is that traditional management methods alone cannot respond. Currently, in Republic of Korea, these small and medium-sized enterprises are trying to discover and implement many internal innovation elements for the survival of the company. In particular, the manufacturing industry is moving away from traditional methods and introducing modern management methods, such as process analysis and innovation, raw material analysis and innovation, and labor cost analysis and innovation. In the reality where a lot of research on management is being conducted, we will look at examples to see whether it can actually be applied to the field of companies, if so, how effective it can be, and how much change there is in the field when management theories are applied to the survival of companies. Research was the main research topic of the thesis. The research purpose of this paper is to find out what kind of results can be achieved when management theory and the field are combined based on case company A. Case company A was recording continuous net losses from 2017 to 2019, and accordingly carried out many management innovations for the company's survival and brought about many changes in the company's cost system. There are many ways to reduce costs and drive profitability, and the case company has made changes in the cost system so that managers and administrator can see them at a glance, and strived to make changes so that managers who actually operate can easily understand them. Through this, it was possible to conduct facility effectiveness analysis, raw material cost analysis, and labor cost operation analysis by managers, which have changed to the case company's profit structure since 2020, indicating that important factors of corporate viability have changed.
