성인 초기 여성의 불안 애착과 이상섭식행동의 관계: 사회부과 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란의 순차 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 성인 초기 여성의 불안애착과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란의 매개효과를 알아보고자 함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 20-30대 여성 400명을 대상으로 불안애착, 이상섭식행동, 사회부과 완벽주의, 정서조절 곤란 척도를 사용하여 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료들은 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 기술 통계 분석을 실시하였으며, 각 변인 간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해서 Pearson의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 각 변인 간의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 SPSS Macro Model 4 및 Model 6을 사용하였으며, Bootstrappig을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인인 불안애착, 이상섭식행동, 사회부과 완벽주의, 정서조절 곤란은 모두 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 불안애착과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 불안애착 과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 정서조절 곤란의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 넷째, 불안애착과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란이 순차 매개효과를 나타 낸다는 것이 검증되었다. 불안애착 자체만으로도 이상섭식행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치 지만, 사회부과 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란을 순차적으로 매개하여 영향을 미치기도 하 였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 불안애착과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 그 경로를 밝히고, 연구의 확장에 힘을 보태는 것에 의미가 있으며, 실제 상담장면에서 불안애착 성향을 가진 내 담자들을 접하게 될 때, 이상섭식행동의 문제를 예측하고 예방할 수 있어, 상담 치료의 기초자료 제공할 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다. 게다가, 불안애착과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란이라는 순차적으로 영향을 미치는 두 매개변인 의 특성을 고려하여 개입전략을 세울 수 있다는 점에서 시사점을 줄 수 있다.|The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of socially prescribed perfectionism and Difficulties in emotion regulation in the relationship between anxious attachment and abnormal eating behaviors. To achieve this, an online survey was conducted with 400 women in their 20s and 30s, utilizing scales for anxious attachment, abnormal eating behaviors, socially prescribed perfectionism, and difficulties in emotion regulation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with SPSS 26.0. Pearson's correlation analysis was employed to examine the relationships between variables. Mediation effects were assessed using SPSS Macro Model 4 and Model 6, with significance verified through Bootstrapping. The summarized results of this study are as follows: Firstly, the key variables—anxious attachment, abnormal eating behaviors, socially prescribed perfectionism, and difficulties in emotion regulation—showed significant correlations. Secondly, in the relationship between anxious attachment and abnormal eating behaviors, the mediating effect of socially prescribed perfectionism was significant. Thirdly, the mediating effect of difficulties in emotion regulation in the relationship between anxious attachment and abnormal eating behaviors was also significant. Fourthly, the study confirmed a sequential mediation effect, indicating that socially prescribed perfectionism and difficulties in emotion regulation in the relationship between anxious attachment and abnormal eating behaviors operate sequentially. Anxious attachment itself directly influences abnormal eating behaviors, but it also exerts an influence through sequential mediation involving socially prescribed perfectionism and difficulties in emotion regulation. As a result, this study sheds light on the pathways between anxious attachment and abnormal eating behaviors, providing meaningful insights for expanding research. It holds significance in predicting and preventing issues related to abnormal eating behaviors when dealing with clients exhibiting anxious attachment tendencies in counseling settings. Moreover, considering the sequential impact of socially prescribed perfectionism and difficulties in emotion regulation in the relationship between anxious attachment and abnormal eating behaviors allows for the development of intervention strategie.
