Abstract
A Study on the Establishment of Cadastral Boundary Information using Digital Twin Young Hyeop LEE Dept. of Human-Computer Interaction Graduate School of Hanyang University Digital Twin users can benefit from various experiments in the virtual world that are expensive, time-consuming, or impossible to perform in the real world. In Korea, where the value of land plays a very important role, the boundary and area of land must be determined very accurately, and as surveying and information technology develop, it is necessary to apply new technologies to build an accurate and efficient system. In this study, in which the value of land plays a very important role, in order to accurately determine the boundary of a cadastre, the MMS (Mobile Mapping System) method equipped with LiDAR is applied to a vehicle to build a digital twin of the road and use this information to create a cadastre. The following research was carried out to derive the survey method and to verify the accuracy by comparing it with the aerial photogrammetry technique. In Korea, the boundary and area of land must be determined very accurately, and with the development of surveying and information technology, Accordingly, it is necessary to build an accurate and efficient system by applying new technology. First, a survey and analysis of the current status of domestic and foreign cases in which roads and surrounding areas are constructed and utilized using MMS technology and overseas cases managed based on road boundaries were conducted. Second, in order to analyze the applicability of MMS technology to the cadastral re-investigation project district, MMS surveying and data were acquired for Namwon-si administrative district and Seongnam-si Moran district through the best MMS equipment in Korea. Third, by performing aerial photogrammetry, precise orthogonal images were produced using the acquired images and compared with the accuracy of this study. Fourth, based on accurate digital twin information on road boundaries, a plan for establishing a cadastral re-investigation frame was presented. As a result of the study, the MMS technology for establishing reference information for cadastral boundary setting using digital twins and Japanese cases were investigated and analyzed to suggest a technical plan for road boundary setting. In addition, as a result of the experimental DB construction, it was possible to obtain the result that the root mean square error (x, y) was included within the maximum error ±3cm so that the boundary extraction of the road could be utilized in the cadastral survey. This result confirmed that the accuracy of the MMS technology for constructing the cadastral reexamination frame was at a satisfactory level with a high level of accuracy that satisfies the cadastral reexamination reference point performance.
