Abstract
ThisstudycomparedthepressuredistributionofPolydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)andCarbonBlack(CB)withaporousstructure.Thetwoshapesensorswereconductedwithrelativeresistancechangesat0-980kPaintervals,electricalsignalsensitivityat0-50kPaintervals,dynamicandstaticintervalstabilitytestsat76kPa,recoverytime,and1000repeateddurabilitytestsat76kPa.At980kPa,thesolidstructurewas30%,theporousstructurewas44%,andthecompressionstrainoftheporousstructurewashigh.Theelectricalsignalsensitivitywas8.2MPa-1forsolidstructureand5MPa-1forporousstructure.Inaddition,itwasconfirmedthatthemanufacturedtwo-shapesensorsreturnedtoastablereactionandinitialstatebythestaticrepeatedresponsetest,andtheporousstructurehadafasterrecoverytimethanthesolidstructure.Throughthisresult,adifferenceinmechanicalpropertiesduetostressoccursineachstructure,andthedifferenceinmechanicalpropertiesleadstoadifferenceinsensorperformance.Asaresult,theporousstructureusingasugartemplatehasstructuraldifferencestherein,andporesaloneaffectachangeinresistanceaccordingtopressure.Thus,itispossibletoexpandtherangeofuseoftheflexiblepressuresensor.
